MEET THE CHEF

I have always had the love for cooking. I remember as a child watching my dad in the kitchen cooking and wanting to do what he was doing. I would stay close to the kitchen watching and learning everything he did. That desire took me to culinary school. While serving in the military I attended culinary school on the side. There I earned my degree in culinary, followed by with baking and pastry. It was there in school that I decided I wanted to open my own business where I can cook for others. Later I created my first BBQ Sauce, which lead to my now three sauces.
